shrimp escabeche albacore tuna salad



Ingredients:
1. Shrimp
2. Shallots, chopped
3. Lime juice, fresh
4. Cilantro, finely chopped
5. Salt & pepper
Directions: 
Poach shrimp until just pink. Mix in a bowl with lime
juice, shallots, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Allow to
marinate for at least one hour before serving. The
shrimp can be served with a salad of greens or with
avocado (as pictured).
